Payment

Online payments are processed via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, or After Pay. These payment processors support all major credit cards. They are quick, easy and guarantee the highest level of security.

Domestic Shipping: 

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days using USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days, with tracking included), after the payment clears.

We are happy to offer free shipping on all Domestic orders over $250. 

International Shipping:

International orders are shipped using USPS or UPS (with tracking provided). The time for your order to clear customs varies in each country. If you haven't received your package, please contact your local customs office.

East • West is not responsible for lost or damaged international shipments. All international orders are declared as ‘sale of goods’.  Any duties and tax related to the shipment are the sole responsibility of the receiver.

Lost Orders

If the final status of your tracking number is “Undelivered” and the United States Post Office is unable to locate your package, we will replace the item if it is in stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the full amount of your order including the shipping charge that you paid. However, if the status of your tracking number is “Delivered” and you physically did not receive the package (ie. Stolen from your porch or front door ), we will not be held liable and suggest that you contact your local post office for more information.

We are happy to require a signature for your package at your request, please specify this in the Special Instructions section at checkout if you require a signature.
